What is the delivery time?
For the available jewellery 2 or 3 days for Switzerland.
For the frames, between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the disponibility (the astrological chart needs to be personally designed).
Do you deliver outside of Switzerland ?
Not for the moment, but do not hesitate to write us a message, we will let you know when it is possible !
What are the shipping fees ?
CHF 8.- with B-post or CHF 10.- if you choose A-post.

You can pay with your debit or credit card.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a product ?
If it is not a personalized product (such as the astrological chart frame), you have 30 days to return a product from the day of the order.
It must be unused and in the original packaging. Only regular priced products can be refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any personalized product (such as the astrological chart frame) cannot be refund.
How to return a product ?
If your product (except the personalized ones as the astrological charts) is unused and in its original packaging, contact us and we will give you the return address.
You have 30 days after de purchase day to send it back.
When will I receive a refund ?
One we receive your return, we will inform you of its good reception. After checking the product we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to your payment method within 4 weeks.
