What is the delivery time?<\/span><\/p>

For the available jewellery 2 or 3 days for Switzerland.<\/p>

For the frames, between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the disponibility (the astrological chart needs to be personally designed).<\/p>

Do you deliver outside of Switzerland ?<\/span><\/p>

Not for the moment, but do not hesitate to write us a message<\/a>, we will let you know when it is possible !<\/p>

What are the shipping fees ?<\/span><\/p>

CHF 8.- with B-post\u00a0 or CHF 10.- if you choose A-post.<\/p>

You can pay with your debit or credit card.<\/p>

Returns and exchanges<\/h2>

Can I return a product ?<\/span><\/p>

If it is not a personalized product (such as the astrological chart frame), you have 30 days to return a product from the day of the order.<\/p>

It must be unused and in the original packaging. Only regular priced products can be refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>

Any personalized product (such as the astrological chart frame) cannot be refund.<\/p>

How to return a product ?<\/span><\/p>

If your product (except the personalized ones as the astrological charts) is unused and in its original packaging, contact us and we will give you the return address.<\/p>

You have 30 days after de purchase day to send it back.<\/p>

When will I receive a refund ?<\/span><\/p>

One we receive your return, we will inform you of its good reception. After checking the product we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to your payment method within 4 weeks.<\/p>
